Change Impact Interview Aid

The Change Impact Interview Aid is a useful resource for developing a set of questions for interviews, workshops or surveys, as part of the Change Impact Assessment process. 

The tool provides question and answer templates covering areas such as:

• business process
• organization design
• skills and knowledge
• performance management
• talent management
• organization culture

While the templates provided are a good starting point, it is important to tailor the questions to the specific change program being undertaken.

The Change Impact Interview Aid should be used in conjunction with the Change Impact Assessment Framework tool, and as input into the Change Impact Assessment deliverable during the Change Impact Assessment process under the Shared Change Purpose best practice area.
