Coaching Readiness Assessment

Use the Coaching Readiness Assessment tool to check the degree to which nominated coaches are ready to provide coaching for the change initiative. 

The Coaching Readiness Assessment includes a coaching competency scale together with a set of assessment questions which can be used either in a self-coaching or one-to-one coaching context.

This tool is particularly useful for transformational change management programs that involve significant organizational change.

The Change Leadership Assessment and corresponding action plans should be used as primary inputs. These documents provide guidance on overall development priorities, individual action plans, established competency measurement scales, and timeline imperatives.
