Culture Definition Tool

The Culture Definition Tool is a useful resource to define key values and behaviors that can serve as a framework for an organization’s culture.

This change management tool helps managers tasked with culture change to comprehensively explore an organisation’s values and define those that will either threaten or underpin the future state. 

The key values list inside the tool can be used as a starting point to describe the current or desired culture before moving on to describe the key behaviors that illustrate the values in action.  This framework can then be used to drive the behavior change elements of the change initiative.
