Future State Interview Guide

The Future State Interview Guide provides a framework of ten key questions and a summary template which you can use to elicit information to support the future state vision of the organization.

Use the tool to build a picture of the diverse views of:

• what is driving the change
• what the future should look like
• key enablers as well as barriers to change

The output of this tool provides input into the Future State Definition template.  

This tool focuses on individual interviews and complements the Future State Visions tool which is typically used in workshop or conference setting.
