Job Design Options

The Job Design Options tool provides managers with various job design options after they have identified role descriptions and now need to develop the Job Definitions, Job Gap Analysis and Job Descriptions deliverables.

The tool presents four options including job simplification, job enlargement, job enrichment and job specialization.  Each option is described in terms of its approach, application and likely results.
