It typically contains the following elements: objectives, scope, approach to training and knowledge support, resource requirements and high-level plan.
Use the Training & Knowledge Needs Analysis as the key input; the output is the Training and Knowledge Strategy which sets the direction and focus for the of the training & knowledge activities for the rest of the change program.
