Change Impact Heat Map

The Change Impact Heat Map template provides a visual representation of the degree to which each stakeholder group will be impacted by the change. The template consists of an illustrative overview heat map, stakeholder heat map and sample table describing the rationale for the ratings.

Use the Change Impact Heat Map to provide executive or stakeholder summaries of the Change Impact Assessment.  The concise, visual nature of the heat map means it tends towards a wide distribution list, is a key communication tool and can also solicit further stakeholder feedback not picked up during the initial change impact analysis.
