Change Resource Estimate
Use the Change Resource Estimate template to provide a calculation of the resource requirement to deliver the Change Management Plan. This is done by making an assessment of the Full Time Equivalent (FTE) effort required for each task that – in turn – will be based on an estimate of the length of time required to complete a task
